Refund policy

Since our pieces are pre-owned luxury items, we adhere to a carefully considered returns and refund policy that respects both our buyers and our consigning sellers, while complying with UAE Consumer Protection Law.

Eligibility

  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your item (with exceptions)
  • Items must be in the same condition as received: unused, with StyleCycle tags intact, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • As all products are preloved luxury goods, natural signs of wear are in the product description and are not valid reasons for return.
  • All original packaging, such as dust bags, cards, etc. must be included

Exceptions to 3 day return policy

Selected items that do not qualify for returns and cancellations are exceptions to the 3 day return policy. Such items mention “No returns on this item” on the item description. They will include certain rare, high value items such as Hermès Birkin, Kelly bags. These will be delivered by hand with an option to return only at this time.

Non-Returnable Items

  • High value and specified as "non returnable items"
  • Items with missing or tampered security tags
  • Items returned beyond the 3-day window
  • Items purchased in person or at pop-up events

How to Request a Return

Email us at hello@stylecycle.ae within 3 days of delivery. If your return is approved, we will send you instructions and a return shipping label. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Authenticity Guarantee

StyleCycle guarantees 100% authenticity on all items. If an item is found to be counterfeit, we would investigate and proof must be provided by original brand. Once verified, we offer a full refund

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method in AED within 10 business days. Please note that processing times vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges

Because each item is unique, we cannot offer direct exchanges.
