Returns

At StyleCycle, we take pride in curating and accurately representing every item we sell. We want you to shop with confidence. You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your item (with certain exceptions below).

To be eligible for a return:

  • The StyleCycle security label/tag must remain attached and unaltered.
  • The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.
  • All original packaging, such as dust bags, cards etc must be included.
  • Items must not have been worn, used, or damaged after receipt.

Certain items do not qualify for returns but they will be clearly marked in the description as “No returns on this item”. These include certain rare, high value items such as Hermès Birkin, Kelly bags. 

How to Request a Return

If your item meets the eligibility criteria and is within the 3 day window of delivery:

  1. Submit a return request by emailing us at hello@stylecycle.ae
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  3. Our team will confirm eligibility and arrange collection

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days
  • If the item is rejected for refund due to signs of wear, damage, or removed tags, we will notify you and your item will be returned to you.
