The majority of our pieces are pre-owned, unless explicitly marked as "Brand New" or "New With Tags." We clearly grade each item’s condition under our 6-tier quality system - from Brand New to Fair - so you know exactly what to expect.

While we aim for every StyleCycle piece to be love at first sight, we get that sometimes it’s not quite the right fit. For online purchases, we offer a 3-day return window from the date of delivery, in line with UAE Consumer Protection Law.

To qualify for a return email us with your order number and reason for return. Our team will get back to you with next steps.

Remember:

• The StyleCycle security tag must still be attached and untouched
• The item must be in the same condition you received it - unused and repacked with care

All payments are processed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and secured via PCI-DSS compliant gateways.

At the moment, we only deliver within the UAE. But International Shipping is coming soon.
